Can I create my own gift pack?

Of course you can. There is a selection under the Choice of Gift Pack box in the order form to allow you to select “create my own pack”.

How long in advance do I need to order?

On an average we need 7 working days from the date of deliver. For urgent orders, please call us at 9828 2674 for assistance. We will try our best to accommodate your order.

We would contact you upon receiving your order, however should you not receive any confirmation email from us, please give us a call.

How long can I keep the gift packs before giving them out?

Most food favours can be kept for a month from delivery and is dependent on proper storage.

All food items are best kept under cool and dry conditions, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, it is 15 packs per design.

Can I just order the packaging?

Yes, you can order the packaging together with the personalized card.

Minimum order is 20 sets, but we would not be able to offer any discount.

Delivery fee of $30 is applicable for orders below S$250.

Can I just order the personalised card?

Yes you can. Minimum order is 40 cards at S$2 each. You may arrange for self collect or courier services.

The size of the Personalised Card : 5cm x 9cm

How do I place an order?

Simply fill in the order form at our website with the complete details of your baby and the photograph (if required) and submit it. We will send you an email on the order confirmation within 48 hours together with the invoice for a 50% deposit of the total order.

How do I make the payment?

A 50% deposit on the total cost will be required upon confirmation of the order.

Our standard mode of payment will be ATM fund transfer and Internet Banking. Credit Card is accepted with a nominal fee.

Only cash payment is accepted for the balance amount upon delivery.

Can I select more than 1 card design for my order?

Yes you can. Each order comes with 1st design free. For additional design, it will simply be a nominal fee of $20.

How is delivery charged?

We provide one free delivery to most location for orders S$250 and above or a delivery charge of S$30 for orders below S$250. However you may arrange for self collection at Simei at a stated time. Delivery to subsequent location can be arranged at a charge of S$30 per location.

Additional surcharge is applicable for the following delivery:
• $20 for delivery to district 09, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 69, 70, 71 namely Jurong, Lim Chu Kang and Tengah
• $20 for delivery to Tuas, Jurong Industrial and Sentosa
• $5 for delivery within CBD area

What is the size of the gift packs?

Personalised card : 5cm x 9cm

Buckets : 7.7cm (bottom diameter) x 10.5cm (top diameter) x 10.5cm (height)

Suitcase : 6cm (thickness) x 12cm (height) x 14cm (width)

Pouch : 9cm (thickness) x 20cm (height including handle 8cm) x 16cm (width)

Box : 10cm (height) x 10cm (width) x 9cm (depth) x 13.5cm (top diameter) x 9cm (bottom diameter)

What is included in the Birthday Standard Theme Party?

Package includes a 4-feet table set-up, theme coloured disposable plates, fork and napkins for the equivalent sets ordered.

An announcement frame/board/name banner about the birthday child is included for keep-sake.

No backdrop provided except for Package C which is a customised party.

Package excludes the birthday cake.

Approval to set-up the birthday theme table at location i.e. school, childcare centre or restaurant will be handled by the Client.

Is there a minimum order for the Birthday Standard Theme Party?

Yes, it comes in minimum of 20 sets per theme.

For Full Month gift packs packages, Birthday favours packages and Diaper Cake packages:

All gift packs delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted by customers if no discrepancies are raised upon delivery.

We will not be responsible for the product condition if gift packs are kept without proper storage by the customer after delivery.
- All food items are best kept under cool and dry conditions, away from heat and direct sunlight.
- Most food favours can be kept for a month from delivery and is dependent on proper storage.

Products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Orders are packed according to the specification as stated in our website or brochure.

We reserve all rights to substitute or change items of a similar nature or value in the event that the specified items are unavailable for any reason. Customers will be informed of any changes prior to delivery.

All pictures shown on our website & brochures are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in portion & colour.

For Party Table set-up packages:
Package set-up is valid from Monday – Friday (excludes public holiday), 10am – 5pm.

Weekend/public holiday set-up valid from 10am – 7pm.

$100 surcharge applies for weekend and public holiday set-up.

Time allocated for set-up, tear-down and party celebration is 1 hour. Additional hour will be charged at $80 per hour.

Additional surcharge is applicable for the following delivery:
–$30 for delivery to district 09, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 69, 70, 71 namely Jurong, Lim Chu Kang and Tengah
–$30 for delivery to Tuas, Jurong Industrial and Sentosa
–$20 for delivery at CBD and ERP zone

Not applicable for set-up at F&B outlets except for Package C.
